The Provincial Nominee Program of Manitoba is called MPNP, through which foreign nationals possessing skills and experience determined by the province can get a Manitoba Provincial Nominee Certificate. The entire immigration process could be faster if the individuals have this certificate.

MPNP accepts an application under these categories:

Under this category, prospective immigrants can complete a series of questions online using an “Expression of Interest” system. Before submitting their profile into EOI pool, there’s no need to upload supporting documentation. Using several factors, the MPNP will then rank you, which will help you get invited to submit an application to the MPNP.
